Low Pathogenicity Avian Influenza
 
 
 
  • decreased feed consumption
 
  • depression, huddling, closed eyes
 
  • coughing and sneezing
 
  • decrease egg production
 
 
Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza
     
  • decreased feed consumption
 
  • marked depression, ruffled feathers
  • mild to severe coughing and sneezing
 
  • decreased or halted egg production
 
  • sudden death
   
  • lack of coordination, inability to stand or walk
  • excessive thirst
 
  • swollen wattles and combs
 
  • difficulty breathing
   
  • excessive tearing
 
  • watery greenish diarrhea
