The Food Safety
Enhancement Program (FSEP)
is the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's (CFIA)
approach to encourage and support the development,
implementation and maintenance of Hazard Analysis
Critical Control Point (HACCP)
systems in all federally registered establishments.
