Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point - Food Safety Enhancement Program
 

The Food Safety Enhancement Program (FSEP) is the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's (CFIA) approach to encourage and support the development, implementation and maintenance of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems in all federally registered establishments. HACCP Development Software
 

HACCP Software-Food Safety Practice Inc. (a partnership between the Food Processors of Canada and Microlog Inc.) has developed a computerized system to support the introduction and management of plant-wide HACCP programs.
