Job Interviews

Once you have been contacted for a job and indicated your interest, an interview will be scheduled.

When you are selected for a job interview, you are expected to:

• provide your interviewer with your resume
  
  
• dress appropriately
  
  
• show up on time

Note: For interviews with Manitoba Hydro, students are also required to take a copy of their transcripts and complete an online candidate profile.

If you are chosen for a job, the interviewer will contact you directly.

If you are not chosen, your information will be kept in the database to be considered for other employment opportunities.

Note: STEP Services does not notify you about the interview results.
