What we’ve done
Refer-a-nurse program
Nurses in our public health system that refer a nurse who accepts employment will be eligible to receive a $1,000 referral bonus.
Returning Provider Incentive
Nurses and eligible allied health providers who have returned to our health system by accepting a minimum .7 EFT position with a public employer for two years will be provided an incentive of up to $10,000 (pro-rated). The first payment will be made within six months of starting employment with the remainder payable after completion of 18 months of service.
Eligible retiree program
Nurses and allied health providers who are eligible to retire in the qualifying period (December 1, 2022, or up until December 31, 2023) but choose to remain in the workforce maintaining or accepting a full-time position (minimum .7 EFT) for a minimum of two years will be provided an incentive of up to $10,000.
