Frequently Asked Questions

Q. From time to time, it takes several weeks to get the publication I ordered. Why does it take so long?

It is important to ensure you receive the most current information. When a publication is depleted it must go through a review process. The publication may have to be updated, reviewed by an expert committee or translated. This process can take time. Don’t worry – if you place an order, your request stays in a queue. When the publication becomes available MDA will send it out to you as soon as possible.

Q.  How often do you update the Inventory List?

The Inventory List is updated on a quarterly/bi-monthly basis.
