Kennedy at Cumberland House
The men at Cumberland House spent their days doing necessary work around the post, gardening, fishing, hunting, and keeping a close eye on activities at the nearby North West Company post. It seems that neither company’s servants could make a move without being observed, a situation that is reflected in the Cumberland House post journal.
