On April 12, 2022, the Manitoba government announced a new $100 million Arts, Culture and Sport Community Fund to be delivered over three years. The fund will support capital and programming for arts, culture, heritage and sport organizations including those that are led by Indigenous, Francophone and ethnocultural communities as well as public libraries.

Manitoba Sport, Culture and Heritage Programs Division is responsible for administering this new fund. The guidelines, application and assessment process are being developed and details will be provided in the coming months.
