If you rent your home, contact your rental manager, owner, or caretaker first to advise them of the problem. If the problem is not resolved, you can:

• register a complaint with the City of Winnipeg Licensing & Bylaw Enforcement at 311 if you live in Winnipeg, or
• call 204-945-4204 or email healthprotection@gov.mb.ca if you live outside of Winnipeg or have a rental with Manitoba Housing.
• For non-profit organizations, please visit https://www.gov.mb.ca/bedbugs/pestcontrolgrant/index.html for information on the Province of Manitoba's Non-Profit Community Pest Control Grant program. There are two ways this program can assist those with the cost of treatment for pests.
