  • The Shellmouth Reservoir water level is at 1399.8 feet, up 1.5 ft since yesterday. Inflows to the reservoir have dropped to 9,300 cfs. Inflows to the reservoir are expected to remain high but continue decreasing. For example, flow on the Assiniboine River at Kamsack dropped to 6,600 cfs from 7,200 cfs yesterday. Outflow from Shellmouth Reservoir through the conduit is at 1,600 cfs.

The Qu’Appelle River appears to be cresting but there is a possibility of a second crest on the river depending on conditions in Saskatchewan.
  • Levels on the Assiniboine River between St. Lazare and Brandon continue to rise, however water levels will not exceed community flood protection levels.
  • The Portage Diversion continues to operate as per established protocols. Flows on the Portage Diversion are 4,200 cfs, while flows on the Assiniboine River downstream of Portage remain stable at 6,500 cfs.
