Pipeline Operations Annual Report (pdf)
- As per subsection 152(4) of The Oil and Gas Act, the licensee shall provide the Director with an annual report on pipeline operations shall include the following details:
- volumes of oil transported each month;
- any leaks, breaks or contact damage;
- any major modifications, maintenance or repairs;
- any changes to the tariff schedule;
- a copy of the Certificate of Insurance covering the past and next year’s operation; and
- any other information requested by the Director.
2. Each annual report shall be submitted no later than sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar year.
3. Each pipeline shall submit an individual report.
