Application to Tranfer Pipeline Construction Permit or Pipeline Operating Licence (pdf)
- An application under Section 158 of The Oil and Gas Act for a pipeline licence or permit transfer shall include:
a. A written request to transfer including transferor and transferee company names, effective date, permit/licence number and description of assets;
b. Notarial copy of an Agreement of General Conveyance and Assumption of Liabilities between transferor and transferee;
c. Certificate of registration of the transferee to do business in Manitoba;
d. Certificate of insurance of the pipeline(s) valid for the next 12 months from the date of transfer; and
e. A map of the pipeline route and associated assets noted.
f. Shape file(s) of the pipeline route as per Informational Notice 15-02.
