REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - Permanent Service Provider for Winnipeg Protective Care Centre
HAH is seeking a qualified provider to become a Permanent Service Provider for the Protective Care Centre in Winnipeg to ensure that individuals who are intoxicated and a safety risk to themselves or others have a safe place to sober for up to 72 hours under The Protective Detention and Care of Intoxicated Persons Act. The successful applicant will be expected to implement services no later than April 1, 2026.
