The electronic templates were created in Microsoft Word 1997-2003 and 2007 because it is currently the most common program for written documents. To use the templates in this guide, you must be familiar with the Microsoft Word computer program. Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (MAFRD) offers a Computer Skills to Develop Food Safety Programs training course for beginners on how to use Microsoft Word.
