About BizPaL Manitoba

BizPaL Manitoba is an online service that provides entrepreneurs with information on the permits, licences, permissions, approvals, registrations, certifications and other requirements needed to establish and run a business in Manitoba.  It is free to use, and provides easy access to integrated information from Canada, Manitoba and participating local governments.  For information on how BizPaL Manitoba can benefit you, please see the online BizPaL brochure.

BizPaL Manitoba provides participating local governments with a low-cost way to support entrepreneurs, encourage business development and promote regulatory compliance.  The BizPaL service supports and expands traditional telephone and counter service delivery.   For more information on how BizPaL Manitoba can benefit your local government, please see the online local government BizPaL brochure.

The BizPaL Manitoba Program is managed by the Manitoba BizPaL Office within the Competitiveness Initiatives Branch of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Training and Trade.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if we can be of any assistance.

BizPaL Manitoba is supported and promoted by a number of other organizations, including Manitoba Agriculture, Food, and Rural Initiatives, the Canada/Manitoba Business Service Centre, the Francophone Affairs Secretariat through the Bilingual Business Gateways and the Association of Manitoba Bilingual Municipalities (AMBM).  

BizPaL Manitoba offers service in English and French.  The federal and provincial information in BizPaL is available in both official languages, while local governments that have been designated bilingual by the AMBM have information available in both languages. 

The following list identifies the local governments participating in BizPaL Manitoba and those marked with an asterisk (*) are designated bilingual by the AMBM.  Even if your local government is not yet participating in BizPaL Manitoba, you can still receive information from Canada and Manitoba.
