Apprenticeship Manitoba works with educational institutions to recognize and accredit pre-employment programs that will provide credit for the apprenticeship program. To achieve accreditation, your program must deliver curriculum based on the standards that have been established by Apprenticeship Manitoba which are based on recommendations from industry.

Instructors Guide to Apprenticeship Training

provides an overview of how to use technical training documents and processes, and understand the key objectives set out in technical training for a trade

Trade Profiles

the Training Standards section of each trade has trade specific training standard resource materials

Creating Effective Multiple-Choice Test Questions

provides guidelines for creating multiple-choice tests. Red Seal and provincial certification exams use a multiple-choice test format. Educators are encouraged to use this format in preparing their students for the apprenticeship program.
