MASC offers a number of direct lending and loan guarantee programs to assist Manitoba agricultural producers and rural businesses obtain the financing they need to make their operations successful.  MASC also administers various time limited funding initiatives for the Manitoba Government, such as the BSE Recovery Loans or Manitoba Hog Assistance Loans.

Rural Manitoba, Ag, and non Ag related businesses. The maximums for loans and guarantees vary depending on if the applicant is an individual, partnership, corporation, or cooperative. Majority of deals come from financial institutions, who already explored various funding options, thus MASC does not have formal referral networks.
