To Be Announced When Available
People define outcomes for themselves. We all define friendship, health, or respect uniquely. Thus, the meaning and definition of Personal Outcome items will vary from person to person. As a result, an organization can only design and provide the needed supports after it figures out how the person defines his or her outcome.
This dynamic 2-day interactive workshop provides the opportunity to gain an understanding of a tool that ensures a person-centred focus for service delivery. Participants will be provided with an overview of the outcomes and how they apply to people receiving support from their organization. Participants will have an opportunity to conduct an interview with a workshop participant role-playing a person who receives services and a different workshop participant role-playing a staff person who knows them best.
