This one day workshop is designed to help staff understand the complexities of supporting people within the service system to exercise rights.

- Individual rights in Canada - what are they?
- Supporting people to exercise their rights.
- Common rights concerns in service delivery.
- Liability issues for organizations.
- Using a rights committee to provide due process.
- Actions and responses of the rights committee.
