Appendix XVI - School to Work Transition

1. marketAbilities Individualized Training funding for School to Work Transition is available only to eligible participants through involvement with the marketAbilities Program.
2. marketAbilities Individualized Training funding for School to Work Transition is available to eligible participants for up to 18 months.
3. Where School to Work transition services are being purchased from an Evaluation and Training Centre, Funding Request form VR 002-2010 should be used. In all other cases, VR 001-2006 should be used.
