City of Winnipeg
There are approximately 30 industrial areas and parks in the City of Winnipeg. All these parks and industrial areas are in close proximity to regional facilities that serve industry's transportation needs. They are generally 20 to 30 minutes from all major transportation centres including the Winnipeg International Airport, CN Express and CPR and CNR Intermodal facilities. Industries and businesses in these parks are within 15 minutes of downtown and 20 minutes from the University of Manitoba and Red River College.
Road transportation links these sites to the Trans-Canada Highway, and to Highway 75, the major road transportation link to the United States.
