Revision to Appendix A, February 14, 2007
- When submitting data you must ensure that all fields have been populated.  If any fields are left blank, those records are not submitted, and no error will appear.  ie:  If submitting "water" or "days", price must be zero.

- For repetitive fields, such as submitted date, you can type the date in once, highlight it, copy it (Ctrl c), go the the next field and paste the value (Ctrl v). 

-  Using the list of UWI's obtained from the Petroleum Branch you can copy an individual UWI and paste into the form once for each fluid type.  The rest of the record can then be completed.

If submitting oil production for a month with no oil sales, submit a price of 0 (zero).

Production must be submitted based on a 24 hour test.
