Do you need help with marketing your business but don't have the funds to hire someone? Contact the Manitoba Marketing Network and hook up with business owners who will share their marketing experiences.

The Effective Marketing for Entrepreneurs Workshop is presented free of charge by consultants from Manitoba Competitiveness, Training and Trade (Small Business Development). Topics include:
- What is marketing?
- What customers want and what you are offering
- e-Business
- The buying steps
- How prices are established
- Promotion and advertising
For dates and times as well as to register for this one day workshop, contact Christianna Klassen at (204) 984-0037 or 1-800-665-2019 or by e-mail at klassen.christianna@cbsc.ic.gc.ca. Counselling services are available to entrepreneurs with a business plan who are seeking guidance on their plan before approaching a lender. These services are also available to existing business owners who are planning to change the direction or focus of their business and want to discuss these options with a business counsellor. This service is free, however, appointments are required.
