Manitoba Trade, in partnership with CME, held a luncheon seminar at the Fairmont Winnipeg Tuesday June 14, 2011.  Special guests Marvin Hildebrand, Canadian Consul General to India (Mumbai) and Scot Slessor, Canadian Consul General to India (Chandigarh) spoke to a large audience of Manitoba business people about the Indian economy and business environment as well as opportunities for Canadian companies in the Indian market.   In addition to the Guests of Honor, Bonnie de Moissac, Manitoba Trade, also made a presentation highlighting how a number of Manitoba companies, with different entry strategies, have been successful in India.  Following the event, many took time to introduce themselves to the Consuls Generals and to network with the business crowd.
