CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 – Outgoing Trade Show/Mission

Project summary:

A five day, globally-focused trade show and associated educational program, this major event is held once every three years and billed as, "The World's Largest". Targeting the construction/off-highway and construction materials industries, it focuses on the latest in equipment, services and technologies. Attracting over 2,100 exhibitors, traffic levels for the 2011 event were estimated to be approximately 150,000 and included upwards of 28,000 international visitors from more than 130 countries - i.e. Brazil, China, Finland, Germany, Italy, Korea, Spain, Turkey, U.K., etc. Show traffic is primarily comprised of international buyers, distributors, and industry peers.

Sponsored by key industry groups such as AEM – Association of Equipment Manufacturers, a partial 'sampling' or cross-section of products and services exhibited include: compaction equipment; lasers; information technology; lifting – aerials & cranes; concrete pumps; utility equipment; trailers; signs; earthmoving machinery & attachments; castings; hydraulics; engines; components; light equipment; pumps; and lubricants.
