Packaging and custom blending of a wide range of lubricants and chemicals for the automotive industry; has become a prime producer of blow moulding of plastic containers for its own use and for other specialized products; the process can convert more than 85% of a plastic container into high grade resin pellets; the remaining 15% is converted into lower grade resin pellets; and the high grade pellets are used to blow recycled bottles for NemCo's own products such as oil, antifreeze and automotive chemicals; the lower grade pellets are sold for the manufacture of extruded plastics such as pails, crates and sheet goods. NemCo also collects used plastic containers from its commercial and industrial customers and has instituted a province-wide pick up of plastics from municipal recycling programs.
