Step 3 - If you are a new subscriber to the order system, download the Subscriber Application Form and the Subscriber Agreement Form. < PDF format >
Step 4 - If you are a current subscriber to the order system and would like to renew your subscription, download the Renewal of Subscriber Application Form and the Subscriber Agreement Form. < PDF format >
Step 5 - Make cheques/money orders payable to the Minister of Finance and mail your signed application form and subscriber agreement with payment to:

Once we receive your signed form and agreement along with payment, we will process your application within 10 working days. You will receive your userid and password in the mail.
NOTE: If you are a charitable organization, you do not have to pay the yearly fee. You must include your charitable organization number on the application form. If you have questions about this, contact the Orders System Clerk at 204-945-2781 or toll free at 1-800-782-8403.
