On October 30, 2014, TransCanada Pipelines (TCPL) filed a formal application with the National Energy Board (NEB) for their proposed Energy East Pipeline Project (EEPP).  The application is posted on the NEB website at https://www.neb-one.gc.ca/pplctnflng/mjrpp/nrgyst/index-eng.html

On February 27, 2015, the Province of Manitoba filed an Application to Participate (ATP) as an intervener in the NEB-s regulatory process.
