Members' Allowances, Remuneration and Retirement Benefits
The allowances, remuneration and retirement benefits of Members are established by regulation under Part 2 of The Legislative Assembly Act. In addition, Part 3 of that Act provides for retirement benefits for those who were members before the dissolution of the 35th Legislature (which occurred in 1995).
