Healthy Schools Grant - School Division
Funding
School Divisions receive $5,000 base funding plus $2.06 per student via direct deposit. Any school division that does not submit the Healthy Schools Grant Report by October 31, 2025 will not receive funding in the following school year.
Reporting
Reports are done annually on the previous year and are due on October 31, 2025. The guidelines for completing the report are included in the report template:

There are two ways the HSG Report can be completed and submitted:
- Email – complete the report in “word document” format OR complete and scan, then email it to healthyschools@gov.mb.ca
- Mail – complete the report and mail a hard copy to the Healthy Schools Initiative (4089-300 Carlton Street, Winnipeg MB R3B 3M9). Please keep a copy for your records before mailing.
