The Employer Advisor Office

The Employer Advisor Office (EAO) offers free advice to help employers navigate processes and policies of the Workers Compensation Board (WCB). Advisors in the EAO can answer questions on a range of issues, including:

    • Interpreting WCB policies and legislation
    • Accessing WCB files
    • Addressing service delivery concerns
    • WCB's approach to compliance and enforcement
