Employment Manitoba addresses current and future labour market needs. We co-ordinate, administer and assist in a range of activities that:
Get involved with you local industry group or community organization and develop a partnership with Employment Manitoba to address labour market needs.
Employment Manitoba offers wage subsidies to assist in the cost of on-the-job training for potential new employees. We must approve the wage subsidy before the new employee is hired. Subsidy levels may vary.
New employees may be eligible if they are legally entitled to work in Canada and fit into one of the following categories:

Consider potential employees who approach you with a letter from Employment Manitoba including eligibility.
