Unit and complex disclosure; for non-profit and for-profit landlords; landlord must give this form along with either F or G before accepting an entrance fee before the occupancy date of the complex.

Existing tenants disclosure; for non-profit and for-profit landlords; landlord must give this form by March 1, 2000.

Entrance fee disclosure; non-profit and for-profit landlords; landlord must give this form before accepting an entrance fee; landlord must also give a copy of this form to any existing tenant who asks for a copy of it.

Notice of life lease to be filed at Land Titles; landlords of existing projects must file by March 1, 2000; landlords of new projects must file within60 days of the occupancy date.

Given to all tenants of non-profit complexes three calendar months before the rent increase is to take effect; tells the tenant how much the increase will be and how it was determined.
