The 2025 Manitoba Public Service Corporate Workforce Action Plan, Making an Impact, sets a clear path forward to strengthen Manitoba’s public service and support employees in making a meaningful impact across the province. This shared roadmap reflects our commitment to the values of service, collaboration, innovation, and sustainability, and is guided by three strategic goals:

    Creating conditions for new ideas, modern tools, and better processes to improve how we work and deliver services to Manitobans.
