From 1993 to 2021, Manitoba artists were commissioned and/or invited to participate in a fisheries enhancement stamp painting competition to promote angling and support fisheries enhancement projects in Manitoba. Each year, the winning artwork was reproduced into limited prints and stamps and affixed on all provincial fishing licences. The stamps were discontinued after 2021
Winning prints and stamps are available to purchase and collect, based on availability. If interested in purchasing prints and/or stamps, contact the Manitoba Fisheries Branch by email at fish@gov.mb.ca to place an order or to find out which print years and numbers are still available.
All purchases must be made in person and picked up at the Natural Resources office located at 14 Fultz Boulevard in Winnipeg, Manitoba. No phone or online purchases are available at this time.

Cost: $30.00 plus tax (Artist Proof Print or Limited-Edition Print).
Each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Prints are landscape 19.5” x 13.5”, except for 2002, 2013 and 2017 which are portrait 13.5” x 19.5”.
