Natural Resources and Indigenous Futures is responsible for leading responsible management of Manitoba’s natural resources and working transparently and collaboratively with First Nations, Inuit, Métis and partner organizations to improve economic participation and opportunities for Indigenous Manitobans and communities.

To foster responsible resource development through respectful partnerships, sustainable stewardship, and meaningful Indigenous economic participation, integrating traditional knowledge and innovation to create shared prosperity for all Manitobans.
