Convicted of:  Sexual offence involving a child as well as other sexual offences.

Nature of Risk:  All children, particularly young males are at risk of sexual violence

THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO ENABLE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO TAKE SUITABLE MEASURES TO PROTECT THEMSELVES. ANY FORM OF VIGILANTE ACTIVITY OR OTHER UNREASONABLE CONDUCT DIRECTED AT MR. JASPER WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
