General Program Information
- Unless otherwise stated, program intakes are typically open for four (4) to six (6) calendar weeks
- The application process requires two forms, an Applicant Information Form, and an Application Worksheet
- The Research and Innovation program requires a Letter of Intent and an Application Worksheet. Applicants may be invited to complete a Full Application form based on the review and score of their Letter of Intent
- Additional program information items, including applicant eligibility, eligible expense, project timelines, cost share ratios and others, are available on the Sustainable CAP website
- Project timelines are based on a fiscal year which runs from April 1 through to March 31
- Applicants are required to complete all forms in full, as incomplete forms cannot be accepted
- Applicant worksheets received after the intake close date will not be accepted
