The Manitoba Labour Board will not accept applications/complaints through electronic e-mail. All applications / complaints must follow the procedure as set out in the Board's Rules of Procedure.
Although the forms have been repealed (not contained in the "Manitoba Labour Board Rules of Procedure"), the following forms are available for use to assist parties in the filing of various applications.
The following forms have been prepared by the Manitoba Labour Board as a convenience to the labour relations community. Printed forms remain available as before from the Board's office.
All files are designed for use with Word97. You must rely upon your own organization's expertise of Word for Windows keyboard merge program as the Board does not have the resources or expertise to provide telephone or other support for computer programs/files.
As noted above, the Board will not accept applications/complaints through electronic e-mail. All applications / complaints must follow the procedures as set out in the Board's Rules of Procedure.
