Rental Housing Construction Tax Credit (RHCTC)

RHCTC - Initial Eligibility Letter (PDF): This letter is provided to a developer in response to the Preliminary Eligibility Application advising the potential MRHCTC the project qualifies for.
RHCTC - Eligibility Letter (PDF): A letter provided to developers for completed housing projects confirming the eligible amount of the MRHCTC the project qualifies for.
RHCTC - Continuing Eligibility Letter (PDF): A letter provided in response to the Continuing Eligibility Application confirming that the tax credit recipient continues to meet the requirements of the MRHCTC.
