Manitoba Permit Services issues over dimensional and overweight permits for the province of Manitoba, the City of Winnipeg and City of Brandon.

- the second Wednesday of each month from 10:00 to 12:00 (noon)

Method of Payment
Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Please call the Permit Office directly when paying with a credit card; we do not accept credit card information via fax or email.
Debit: In-person applications only.
Statutory and Civic Holidays
The Permit Office is closed on all statutory and civic holidays. If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the office will be closed the following Monday.
