Trails Conditions & Advisories

Please report trail maintenance concerns and share your trail experiences with the local park office.

Advisories & Closures:

 

Hecla/Grindstone Provincial Park

• Black Wolf Trail: South loop closed due to shoreline erosion.  Main trail remains open.
• Grassy Narrows Marsh: Madtom boardwalk closed for repairs.

Spruce Woods Provincial Park

• Spring Ridge Self-guiding Trail has a closed bridge halfway around the trail due to bank erosion. Trail remains open for in-and-out access only; do not attempt to cross the bridge. Bridge is being assessed for repairs.

Wekusko Falls Provincial Park

• Suspension Bridges will have intermittent closures on September 14 and 15 for inspections. 

Whiteshell Provincial Park

• The South Whiteshell Trail between Faloma and West Hawk is closed at the Trans Canada Highway underpass due to construction activity. Trail users must turn around – no through traffic. (Map)
