Inclusion Support Program: Information for Centres and Home Providers

Genuine inclusion ensures active, meaningful participation by every child in the daily program and with one another.

The Inclusion Support Program helps child care centres, nursery schools and family/group child care homes to reduce barriers so that children with additional support needs can meaningfully participate in programming and activities.

Manitoba’s child care regulations require licensed early learning and child care facilities to provide inclusive daily programming, have an inclusion policy, and develop individual program plans for children with additional support needs.
