Licensed child care for children 12 weeks to 12 years old. Learn more.

NEW Temporary licensed child care services remain in effect to support the COVID-19 pandemic response. All Manitobans returning to work are now eligible to access this system to find a location that meets their needs.

Please visit the Temporary Licensed Child Care Search to find and contact licensed child care providers with vacant spaces. These child care arrangements are temporary.

Use the Online Child Care Registry on this page only if you are seeking longer-term, permanent care.

For additional operational updates and directives, visit: Manitoba Families COVID-19 Notices and Circulars

If you are an existing early child educator (ECEII or ECEIII) affected by closures or in reduction of services, complete and submit the Temporary Child Care Services Grant Online Application Form in order to apply to receive funds to begin independently offering child care services to essential/critical care workers. See Program Description and Criteria (pdf) and Question and Answers (pdf).
