PARKS CLOSED DUE TO WILDFIRE ACTIVITY: South Atikaki, Wallace Lake. Partial closures in Bakers Narrows, Nopiming and Whiteshell.
Restrictions and closures are put in place for everyone’s safety and allow fire crews and emergency responders space to do their work. Manitoba Parks asks for everyone’s patience and co-operation as this situation continues to unfold.
Closures of provincial parks may be extended, depending on how the situation evolves. The Parks Reservation Service will contact affected campers by email.
