Search the Keystone Archives Descriptive Database online guide to the archival holdings of all media of the Archives of Manitoba, including the Hudson's Bay Company Archives. The database is being added to continually, but does not yet contain descriptions of all Archives of Manitoba holdings.

Consult the Guide to Probate Records at the Archives of Manitoba for information on how to find probate records, including wills and estate files, that have been filed in the Province of Manitoba. 

Search the online catalogue of holdings of the library of the Hudson's Bay Company Archives on the Library Information Portal. The catalogue is being updated continually and not all library holdings are included at this point. Items in the library are accessible to the public only in the Archives of Manitoba Research Room.

View a detailed listing of some of the textual and cartographic records of the Hudson's Bay Company Archives, including location codes and microfilm reel numbers in the HBCA Online Finding Aid. This is a precursor to the Keystone database and can be used in conjunction with the Keystone database until all information has been transferred.

To access birth, marriage, and death records, contact the Vital Statistics Agency. The Archives of Manitoba does not provide access to these records.

Access to land titles and survey plans are provided by the Land Titles Office. The Archives of Manitoba does not provide access to most land titles and survey plans.
