Back to TopApprenticeship Manitoba’s Highest Achievement Awards
The Highest Achievement Awards are held each spring to honour outstanding newly certified journeypersons who have demonstrated excellence through both the apprenticeship and trade qualification pathways. The awards recognize high achievement in on-the-job and technical training, and acknowledge the important role employers play in supporting certification.
Through these awards, the Manitoba government and the Apprenticeship and Certification Board recognize the essential contributions journeypersons make to Manitoba’s skilled trades, both through their expertise and their mentorship of the next generation. The awards celebrate individual accomplishments while highlighting the vital role skilled trades play in strengthening Manitoba’s workforce and supporting a resilient provincial economy.
